In this session, I will be providing an overview of the available research to guide health administrators and managers seeking to make the most of their investments in human dietetic capital. In particular, I will draw on findings from my own studies exploring high turnover in clinical dietetics, retirement decision-making, RD participation in network marketing and RD deployment during the COVID-19 pandemic.
