Dietitians in Nutrition Support (DNS) DPG is pleased to once again offer the Advanced Practice Residency (APR) in Nutrition Support for Adults to qualifying proficient Registered Dietitians Nutritionists (RDNs).  This program provides an opportunity to inspire practicing RDNs to become experts in the management of nutrition support for adults through the application of evidence-based practice. During the 12-month program, residents will participate in online courses led by nationally recognized experts, have the opportunity to create an impactful research or quality improvement project at his/her home institution, and partake in a 5-day supervised practice rotation at Cleveland Clinic (Ohio) or Baylor Scott and White Health (Texas).  RDNs who would find this program most germane include those with several years of nutrition support experience and are involved in at least part-time clinical care of patients requiring nutrition support therapy. All enrolled residents are able to continuing working in their home facility while participating thanks to the convenience of a primarily online learning format.  To apply and learn more about the program more information, click here.
