• State benefits and constraints of participation in a clinical ladder program.
• Identify how to incorporate personal goals and activities into a clinical advancement program.
Managers will be able to:
• Review benefits and cost of a clinical ladder program and determine whether it would be a good fit for their department or organization.
• Decide if a discipline specific or a multidisciplinary approach to clinical advancement better meets the needs and goals of their organization.
• Identify key items to include for the successful implementation of a clinical ladder program.
